Measure around the leg or arm 2.5 cm - 5 cm above the cast or dressing to find the best size of cover. We RECOMMEND that adult sizes be used if the wearer is above 14 years of age. Saved our beach vacation! Would absolutely buy again and recommend to others!
Legitimately works! Saved our beach vacation. I was skeptical this product was truly 100% waterproof as advertised. However, it has exceeded my expectations and proved to be as good as the manufacturer claims. I've worn the adult full arm cover over my forearm cast for a whole week during my beach vacation. I've completely submerged it in the pool and ocean without a single drop of water getting through. I used the cover during a 7 day vacation and it's held up fantastically in the pool, ocean, and hot tub 3-6x each day. Also works great in the shower. The opening is very tight so it's much easier to put on with assistance from another person. However, once it's on, I've found the product to be comfortable and tight around the seal to keep water out. It's easier to remove by yourself than to put on, although doable. It dries quickly and is durable. This is a simple $30 investment you can make that allows you to participate in a water environment as if you didn't have the cast limitations.

Works great in the shower
Works great in the shower. No water got in at all and it was much better than trash bags. It was okay in the pool as long as the arm was not fully submerged. I highly recommend using press and seal Saran Wrap on the cast prior to using. It saved the cast from getting wet at the pool when some water got in and it works really well as an extra layer of protection. I got adult large for my tween and it was really long but still worked. It was also very tight at the top which can be uncomfortable but necessary to keep the water out. I would buy it again if needed.

Worked great and easy to put on over a cast! Good quality....16 year old used it daily to shower for a month and no rips!

Great for a few minutes
This is a huge sleeve. My 11 year old had to use one of my wife's hair bands to secure and shrink it a little bit. I weigh almost 200lbs and I tried it on. Great for a few minutes, but really tight. I'm giving 5 stars because it works as advertised
