PINK?? REALLY?
First of all, I don't want a PINK journal. I mean, come on, pigeon hole the girls why don't you! Second, they don't give any alternatives for their exercises. So, if you have an injury, a disability, or a weakness, you're left to your own devices and have to figure it out for yourself, which totally defeats the purpose of the journal. When I reached out to the company for assistance, I didn't get a response to this question (but did get response to other questions). Otherwise, it seems like it could be useful and I'm still deciding if I'll keep it or not. If I keep it, I definitely WON'T be taking it to the gym with me. PINK?? REALLY??

Great content, but needs modifications
This book is wonderful and I love that you can go online for a video and description of the exercises to follow along with. However, these exercises are very difficult for a beginner or someone like me who was just on a workout hiatus for a few weeks. This book is really designed for someone who is already in pretty good shape and just wants to tone up more. Having some modifications on the webpage to check out would be fabulous. I am still going to continue with the book and do my own modifications as needed. Hopefully, I will see some great results!

Good information & nice size journal
I only recently received my journal but after my initial review, I appreciate all of the useful tips and information I've read so far with regard to nutrition and working out. I also like the size of the journal, bigger than the morning sidekick journal, so that it can easily lay flat or remain propped up if necessary. My only negative so far is that the photos in my book are quite dark, so that the athlete in the photos almost blends in with the background, making it difficult to make out some of the details relating to movements.

This book is amazing!
This book is amazing! It helps me push my workouts and directs me when I may not know how to do a workout. I especially love that each section has it's own rules (i.e two reps 50 seconds each) so you aren't doing the same mundane thing over and over. One awesome tool to help get you towards your goals!!

Waste of money, just a pretty book.
Don't waste your money like I did. Return window closed already, these exercises are routine, they aren't a big secret and didn't do anything for me at all. Never even felt a burn adding resistance or weights. Expensive book for a huge disappointment.

AMAZING!
Absolutely love this! The workouts are short enough that I’m motivated to do it everyday but still tough enough that I get an incredible workout. There’s no excuse not to do it and I can already tell it’s working after only a short period of time! Highly recommend and compatible with any level of fitness.

Must Get!!!
I highly recommend this journal. It's awesome to have a step by step journal to keep you motivated and accountable. It leaves all the guess work out of it and tells you literally everything you need to do. I am excited to buy all the other journals they make!!!

Excellent at-home workout!!
I absolutely love this workout journal! I can do most of the exercises at home with hand weights, an aerobic step or a chair, an exercise ball, and the stretchy band that comes with the book. There are some gym machine exercises I'm sure are not replicable, but you can Google them and see how you can switch those out at home with what you have. The accompanying videos are great. I didn't think I'd use them, but I do every time. I've also done BodyBoss, countless gym memberships, and yoga. I think I like this the best.

Excellent program great results
Bought this for my wife and she loves it. The workouts seem to be more cardio based with some weight training. She has been following the set programs and you can see the results.
