I typically wear an XL and ordered an XL. It fits me but is a little snug there is not much room in the shoulders and sleeves or body for that matter. If I were back to my previous weight of 245 with a larger waist I would have to return it and get a XXL.

I love this tshirt - be aware, though as others have stated it DOES run a size small. I ordered an XL, which is my usual size on a daily basis (I live in t-shirts) - and this is without a doubt a size large. Not a deal breaker, but I was expecting an XL.
