I am always a little skeptical of trying new brands. When something works, I don’t want to switch. But honestly, I am so glad I gave this magnesium a try. It works even better than the brand I used to take. I appreciate the care the company takes to make sure there are no fillers or anything in their magnesium. Most magnesium supplements I’ve seen so far have only one type of magnesium like glycinate or citrate. So, when I saw that this Zentastic one has three different types, I made sure to try it. You rarely see magnesium malate but the benefits of it that I read online are really positive. What I extremely like about this product is that it helps with a variety of my health problems. It’s like an all-in-one product so I can stop having to take multiple types of other supplements. It has really helped me with my muscle cramps and sleep problems especially. I feel super relaxed at night when I take these before bed. The best part is that these capsules are super affordable as well!

I’m one of those people who keeps different types of magnesium for different purposes.My sweetheart has fibromyalgia, and magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate are both known to have excellent absorption and utility for fibromyalgia. Likewise, magnesium citrate has good absorption, and is also helpful for keeping regular digestion and motility. In our household we consume 4-5x the RDA for magnesium on the recommendation of research on minimizing pain of fibromyalgia. With 300 mg per two capsules, this is an improvement on those that contain 75-100 mg. This has been an effective formulation for us, having 3 useful formats in a single bottle.My mother is a nurse, she calls magnesium the relaxation mineral. For me that means it’s perfect to help with monthly cramps. By pairing and alternating doses with Advil, this supplement was a boon for my cycle this weekend.Highly recommend.

I took this in hopes I would sleep better (has not helped one bit in that department-been taking for a good 7 weeks). BUT I ALSO took it in hopes it would lower my gestationalHypertension. I have tried other things and this is my 3rd pregnancy. My last two I got hypertension in the 3rd trimester and nothing helped. I swelled like a balloon and gained like 60 lbs of retained water. This 3rd pregnancy unfortunately started out with high blood pressure as I never recovered after my last one (and when I got pregnant this 3rd time my last baby was only 9 months old). Miraculously within 2 days of taking this my blood pressure went back to normal and HAS STAYED normal for the last 7 weeks. Hoping it will stave off the hike in blood pressure I saw at the end of my other pregnancies. It feels like such a shock as how could this little supplement change so much. Was 109/73at bedtime today whereas before it hadn’t been under 135/90 in months. Thrilled!

I dont eat enough vegetables so i need to take supplements .Magnesium is an important mineral that helps your body function properly, especially your muscular system, bones, and nervous system. I can feel how this supplement helps me relax much better and my anxiety isnt as bad as before anymore.. it gives you a bit of a laxative effect but thats perfect for me as i have constipation and this helps me get rid of all my toxins that i have from eating bad food for years.

I’ve been taking these for about a month, ever since my bloodwork showed that my magnesium was low. I did not notice a difference when I was just taking two, so my healthcare provider recommended that I take 3 every evening before bed. I was having occasional foot cramps at night, but I don’t have them if I remember to take my magnesium. It hasn’t really made a difference in my quality of sleep though, but maybe I just need more time since my levels were so low.

I was excited to see an offer to try this magnesium tablet. It's difficult to find a vegetarian friendly magnesium supplement. This particular type of magnesium has been found to have high absorbency with the lowest digestive side effects. I rated this product 4 stars as the cost per pill is a bit high.
