Any SoClean owner knows the filters are $30 for just one. Sadly, we initially did not follow directions thoroughly. We replaced the filter and check valve and the colored lights still lit up and the error message appeared for "order filter kit". I was so disappointed! I contacted the seller for guidance who immediately offered a full refund. I did not want to get a refund, I wanted the filter kit to work. There didn't seem to be any size issues, it fit perfectly. Then my husband took out the SoClean book, reread the directions and reinstalled the filter kit. Boom, works perfectly now, OUR error. Hold the two buttons simultaneously, and WAIT for the filter installed message to appear on the machine BEFORE you let go of the buttons. Very simple error really, our fault for not paying attention to detail.
