Just what my son needed for his violin! He loves it.

The shoulder rest is very nice. It was a less expensive version of a similar shoulder rest I was considering, and the quality is excellent. I'm not so sure on the violin mute. It does mute the sound to some degree. I was expecting the sound to be muted more, as it still sounds loud to me. I'm going to order a different style of violin mute, and compare the two - then I'll have to update my review with the results.

I absolutely love this shoulder rest! The wood is gorgeous and the silicone grips are high-quality. Very comfortable and adjustable. I have an old one like this and I really enjoy the look of the wood. I also received a cleaning cloth and quality mute. This deal was a tremendous value and I high recommend this product. I think you'll enjoy it as much as I do.

I liked this shoulder rest- it looked nice and I felt like my violin was more resonant when I tried it out. However, I just didn't feel like I had the same support/security like I do with my Bonmusica adjustable shoulder rest- which is pretty important to me :)

The shoulder rest and the mute work really well! There're more delicately made than I expected. I had bought a cheap plastic shoulder rest before buying this one, but that one was so low in quality that I returned it. I would recommend this one if you're looking for a shoulder rest and mute set of good value.

This is a comfortable shoulder rest but it isn't so great on 3/4 violin sizes, (it's a little too big), but overall, this shoulder rest does its job pretty well!
