It’s a fun “game” to see if you can get it going and keep it going. You will actually find that holding onto it is the biggest challenge. It make a sound kinda like a flying saucer in the air, you could actually hear how loud it is going which will make you feel excited, but you will amazed at how tired your arm is. If you hold your arm at different angles it will hit your muscles in different ways and once it spins soooo fast you can literally hold your arm out straight. As if it would go flying when letting it go. I believe you will enjoy the exercise! Easy to get the hang of it in minutes. Take a few tries, then you will figure out the trick.>>How to get it going:Step 1 — Follow the direction of the arrow on the rotor ( center ball ) , alternately push the rotor about 15 times with your 2 thumbs. Keep it.Step 2 — One of your thumbs keeps the rotor and don’t let it reverse. Put the base of the ball in the palm of the other hand ( the dominant hand is easily able to keep the gyro ball going ) and hold it tightly.Step 3 — Release the rotor while rotating your wrist. Keep in sync with the spinning of the ball and move your wrist in a way that adds torque to maintain momentum. The faster your wrist moves, the stronger force the ball will induce.>>How to stop:Hold it stationary or slow down moving your wrist, then the ball will slow down slowly until it stops.*Please put it down after the ball stops spinning to avoid dropping down to floor, breaking the ball.Warning: DO NOT touch the ball rotor when it is spinning at high speeds, it will hurt you.
