Pom Pom Hair Pudding, 8.25 Fluid Ounce

I'm no cheerleader...more like the grandma brigade, but I love this stuff for a nice messy look with a little but of shine. Not sticky or greasy, just great control with a dab of product. Wish I could still find it locally, but I'm so glad Amazon has it.

My daughters both cheered this past year and needed to have their hair done in poofs and pony tails so I was on the hunt for some product that the kids would like to use but would also do the job of holding their hair in place.I highly recommend the PARENT applying this product. Even my 10 year old is not able to master the even distribution needed to avoid weird light pink lumps in her hair. It requires a pump or two into your hand and rubbing your hands together before applying it to the (mostly dry) hair.What the girls love are the sparkles and the scent. I admit, this product does smell really good, but I don't like the sparkles on my fingers and palms after working this through their hair. Fortunately, it washes off really easily so I'm OK with dealing with the sparkles. It's not like the glitter on clothes and shoes that get everywhere and are impossible to eradicate.Be advised, if you are using this product to hold your cheer hairstyle, you will STILL need hairspray. Do not rely on this product alone to keep poofs and fly aways completely at bay.

Smells wonderful- has a gentle hold smooths fly away hairs but does not "slick it and stick it"

My daughter has found that the Cheer Chics hair pudding is the the best to keep her hair in place and avoid fly-aways for her competitions. I've been amazed that her hair looks the same at 2 pm as it did when she did it at 6 am for the day. Great product!
