I was looking for a lightweight customizable shelving unit to organize clothing in my travel trailer closet. Hanging isn’t an efficient use of space so I wanted shelves that can be used for various items. While I don’t know how lightweight this unit is, it seemed to be a good solution. The fabric hanging units would definitely be lighter but I feel this unit will last much longer and doesn’t risk pulling down the hanging rod at the top from the weight. I purchased the 12 cube unit in silver and assembled 9 units to fit the configuration of my camper wardrobe. I used a couple of the extra metal squares and some zip ties to create some shorter shelves on the bottom to store shoes. I plan to add fabric storage bins as well. This will work perfectly in my RV to store my folded clothing, towels and other odds and ends. It was easy to put together, took me about half an hour to figure out what configuration I wanted and assemble the 9 cubes. The materials were packaged reasonably well and there was no damage. The metal seems to be of good quality and there weren’t any defects as others have noted. It seems stable but I will test it out on an upcoming trip and update this review if there are any problems.

I bought this to be able to have clothes neatly in my closet as the walls will not support a tension rod in any fashion. This was easy to put together, light weight, and durable. The edges are very smooth and do not pull at clothing materials. The color is pleasing and gives me great organization without using lots of space. The price was nice too!

Wanted a storage solution light enough to sit on top of my Better Homes & Gardens 8-cube shelf and sturdy enough to be useable. I finally found this and decided to do my own configuration to maximize the available space. Being open wire keeps it from overpowering my small space like shelves or cabinets would. Also being a renter means it will be easy to move and I haven’t damaged the walls. The pink color is soft and lovely. Since I changed the assembly pattern I ran short of the white connectors so I used zip ties and also plan to add a curtain rod pole through the top section with some stout wire and the rod is going to give me a place to hang a grid wire system for back wall storage in the open center section. I’m 63 and it was easy to put together. It came with a wooden mallet that was very helpful occasionally to get it firmly seated in the connector. It was package well and the package was not too heavy. The instructions were also very easy to comprehend. Would definitely buy again. Probably will soon!!

I bought this to use as a bookshelf and to help declutter some of my room. It’s simple to put together but I found it was easier to push the joints in with my hands instead of the mallet, although that resulted in my hands being a little sore by the end. I’d recommend wearing some work gloves to help protect your hands if you go that route. Also, I’m giving 4 stars because it was a little difficult to keep the joints on the wire pieces in the very beginning, and throughout the process I had some slight difficulty snapping a few pieces into place which resulted in 1 of the joints breaking. It did come with 4 extra joints so it wasn’t really a big problem. It was ready to go in an hour. I went with pink and the color is so cute! I bought a roll of non-adhesive shelf liner and cut it to size so my books wouldn’t have to potentially get damaged by the wire frame. I also purchased some small s-hooks to hang off the side to help store my purses which worked out phenomenally. All in all, I’d say it’s a great value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Very sturdy and higher quality than expected! The metal grates are mighty strong, and the circular connector pieces feel durable and work really well. I'm pretty surprised how well these are standing up to my kids' heavy backpacks, too! I moved recently and have been working on utilizing my new space more efficiently. I'm using this for my living room, upper closet, as an organizer in my bedroom, and for video game consoles. I have about a million more ideas on how to use these for all sorts of practical/efficient/visually appealing purposes in my home.

These are really pretty solid even though they look a little flimsy. The circular plastic pieces hold these together so tightly you'll have trouble taking them apart. I'm using these to put together a cat enclosure that will be two bins high and open and 6 bins long. They come with a handy wooden hammer to help snap the discs in place because they really do take some effort!

I assembled the unit only to find one wire rack missing. There was no way to contact anyone to request a replacement, so my only option is to disassemble it and return the product. Otherwise, I would keep it. It’s easy to put together. Seems sturdy and it wish it came with all the pieces!

Before buying it, I saw reviews where people are acting like this is hard to assemble. I assembled the whole thing in under 20 minutes, it was easy... you would have to be incredibly unhandy to fail at this. Overall the structure is pretty strong. I made two towers to place them at opposite ends of my closet. I'd recommend it for sure, for people who just want a simple closet organizer. I however wouldn't put this out in the open, it'd be an eyesore.

Easy to build

While bare and basic, these modular squares are far more adaptable than would first appear if you're willing to think outside the box. Specifically, using lightweight zip-ties (such as Amazon product number B0BZMS6Y6Q), you can create storage solutions for things other than 30 cm cubes. With some spare cardboard (NOT from Amazon Spain, their shipping boxes are so flimsy!) I created a spice rack for the dead space above the range vent. Using some zip-ties as hinges, I have a "hopper" to toss in my everyday carry (EDC) items - either the larger red bag with my first aid kit and water bottle, or the smaller red bag with just my documents folder. Finally, I made a "hobby tower" to accommodate a useful box that's a little over 35 cm tall, so it wouldn't normally fit in a simple cube. The trick to all of these is obviously to zip-tie squares to interior wires, not just the outer frame. The other hint is to use nail clippers to cut off the excess zip-tie flush with the buckle. These are sturdy, well-made, and versatile. I will be buying more in the future, especially the 12-cube set, which provides 43 panels for € 38.62. Now, does anyone want those corner connectors or this joke of a wooden hammer?

It’s nice looks good and perfect size but there were no instructions on how to build it so it took a while to figure it out other then that I love it
