A+ Customer service.
I ordered a pair from them and looks like it had a defect, and to be honest I was a bit upset. But I have to say that when a company responds to a customer that is upset less them 24 hours after writing a them learning of the issue , that right there is amazing customer service. a manager by the name of Edwin reached out. The way he handled the situation was great. He apologized and give me some good information about the glasses and blue light. I appreciated the time taken out to contact me. There needs to be more people like Edwin selling on Amazon. Some just dont care but he , he wants the customer to be happy get exactly what they were expecting. Ill keep you all updated as the replacements come in.

Doesn't transition in sun like picture says
The blue light blocking works but the glasses don't transition as dark as they have up in the pictures. For about $10 extra, pretty disappointed. I'm returning the photocromic ones and buying a pair from Zenni Optical instead

They do transition in the sun
They are not as durable as I thought they would be. They do transition in the sun and they seem to work pretty well when I’m using my phone and iPad.

Does not block sun light..
This marketed to transition to much darker in the sun to block the sun light BUT.. its just tented yellow all the time..

False claims!
This product is advertised as being polarized and darkening in sunlight. It does NOT! They are flimsy and fall apart almost instantly. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
