Tres Pontas Organic Cassava Flour, Non GMO, Certified Paleo, USDA Organic-3lb Bag

This flour is easier to work with as it doesn’t stick like crazy like the super fine Cassava flours do. I simply love making tortillas with it. If you want to make cakes etc it’s probably not the best for you but for flat breads it’s the bomb 💣

I am very happy with this product, flavor was very good and price is the best one that I found, and I really did my work looking for the cheap one.

I have always bought this brand and it was my favorite! Somehow they changed the whole product, it doesn’t look like what it used to, the consistency is course and difficult to work with. I always used to wait to order this product and didn’t mind waiting the months of waiting for it to get back in stock. Whatever this product is - is definitely not cassava flour. Someone else also mentioned the same problem so they must have changed ownership or something. The weight is also wrong, supposed to be 3 pounds but it’s barely 2 pounds which also someone else had already mentioned. Won’t be ordering it again, and will return this thing I received.

MY PACKAGE CONTAINED ONLY @ 9.5 cups of the 17 cups ADVERTISED...44% was MISSING. According to the package--see pictures--and the image on the web page, there should have been 68, 1/4 cup servings (or 17 cups-- 68/4=17). MISSING were 7.5 cups (17-9.5=7.5) or 44% of 17 cups--7.5/17=44%). As for quality & taste...they were good. UPDATE: Amazon promptly refunded the full purchase price. (Finding the right phone number took awhile through. Never heard from the company/manufacturer, though...BUMMER! UPDATE: No response from the company (Tres Pontas) after 2 weeks...Amazon was contacted on day 3 and immediately provided a refund...though the correct phone number took a little while to find.

I bake with cassava on a weekly basis and thought I would try this, it was sticky and off texture and I was not a fan. The price is great, but I would stick to a few other brands, the processing on this seems a bit off. Not my favorite.

Just got here today, the end of April, and it says the expiration date is 9-04-2020. I would never buy 3 pounds of any flour that has only 4 months left on the shelf life. Even worse, the cassava flour was beyond rancid!!! And Amazon says this item is the NOT returnable. So angry. Be warned.

After purchasing this cassava flour elsewhere, I checked Amazon for any reviews, tips, etc. but saw none. It deserves attention especially since it is organic. I made tortillas and they were really good. The dough worked well with tortillas, but I have not tried it with biscuit or cookie recipes. I highly recommend this product and gave it only 4 stars because I have used it only for tortillas.

The flour arrived quickly however when I opened the bag it smelled rancid. I’m very disappointed. I will not order from this company again.
