This is a great Charger. Bought it for the beach(Panama City Beach, FL). We had 2 ue boom speakers, a portable fan, and all while wirelessly charging my Note 10+, and it performed Amazing all day on 1 single charge(huge battery life). Also a great warranty. The company also sent me a follow up email(not from Amazon, but from the company Hokonui. Overall this is one of the best wireless portable chargers on the market if not the best along with great customer service!!!

The charging port on my son’s phone is broken and after paying for a repair job on mine that went wrong, he opted not to get it fixed but needed a trustworthy way to charge his phone. After reading reviews, I decided on this one and am glad I did! It is a great charger! It charges his phone quickly and multiple times before needing to be charged itself. So easy to use just by laying the phone on top of it - the perfect solution!

This portable wireless charger has a little heft to it. Much heavier than my previous charger. But to be fair it is wireless and has many more ports to it than my old one. I travel almost every week by plane and this charger is what I need. I keep it on my desk and it charges my galaxy note 10 plus very fast and without having to plug my phone in every day. Plus this battery lasts quite a while. I only need to charge it once a week. I chose this one over the Samsung branded one for 2 reasons. One because it's 20000 mah vs the Samsung 10000 mah and two because of all the ports available. So far this is a beast of a battery.

I just recieved my charger and it was dead. No screen or any indication that it is on. I plugged my phone up and noticed that even though it wouldn't power up it still charges my phone so I started tinkering and got it to work! I plugged the supplied usb cable into one of the USB-A ports on the charger and the other side into the USB-C port of the charger. It forced a hard restart and now it works! I still have a replacement on the way just in case but I'll report back just in case.

Terrible product. The wireless charging capability is the only reason I bought it and it only works for 10 seconds and then you have to adjust the coils again to charge for another 10 seconds.*The company reached out to me to remove my negative review in exchange for a $25 gift card. This company has no respect for its consumers.*

Stick to name brand like samsung or mophie. Only after 2 months of using this prodict the item doesnt turn on. LCD and screen is completely dead and item will not charge at all. Email Tech support and they told me something about using low amp charger and will not replace another one. Becareful buying this model everyone

This is my 3rd power bs k and love it so far. It charges at full speed with multiple devices connected and wirelessly.CONS:1. I wish it wasn’t so bulky but plan on keeping it in the car for emergencies not in my purse.2. Placing a phone on it for wireless charging is a bit tricky to find right placement.3. It also tends to stop charging after a few minutes when charging wirelessly so I have to pick up the phone and try again.I do not know if I will keep or return the charger. If there is a way to keep it from stopping wireless charging please let me know. The wireless feature, multiple In-outputs and the digital display are why I chose this one.A week later—-After running the charger down I charged it to 100%. It started storming so tried to charge my phone with the wireless feature and nothing happened, yes I pressed the power button. Tried my mom’s phone still didn’t work. Took the case off and dodn’t work. I am returning it. Go to Best Buy when this corona virus is over and buy a brand I know.
