This is a fun and refreshing spin on beauty and the beast. The characters are fantastic and the story only gets better as you dive in deeper.

At least the author gives you 2 chapters of the next book. Which I already don't like where it's going.The story is short, quick paced. I like the attraction between the characters. But things get very jumbled with what's going on, how to break the curse and declaration of love out of left field. The ending was just thrown together too. Could have been better. Overall not bad story tho

Verity is kidnapped on her wedding day by Altair. The Fae King needs her to break a curse that is almost at it's end. It reminds me a little of Beauty and the Beast because if the curse isn't broken soon there are dire consequences. Can a girl fall for a King who kidnapped her on her wedding day?

For me this is Beauty and the Beast but in the Fae world. I really like the 2 main characters and the fae world created by Bailey Dark. Good fairy tale.

Great storyline, short read and it left me with wanting the sequel immediately.

This book was addicting

Not romantic. His ho-ness finally shows care when she sacrifices her life for him and his people. All of same people treated her like crap but expect her to save them. Wow! Ungrateful much?!?! This story ends in a cliffhanger.

Not a bad short read. Good if you've just come out of a long heavy read.Verity is kidnapped on her wedding day by a monstrous creature who turns out to be a fae king under a curse and thinks Verity is the key to end the curse.

A very interesting story,I enjoyed this book,the storyline and characters were good,i look forward to the next instalment,would definitely recommend

I loved this book. It’s just my favorite kind of story and a gender that I really like and this story has everything to make it enjoyable.It have several funny moments with our heroine taken away from the real world all of a sudden and wake up in a Fae Land. Monsters, witches, magic, sacrifices, fights, secrets and a deep attraction between our main characters.Altair and Verity have great chemistry and the slow burn is fantastic. So well developed. I totally recommend this book if you like a good Fae romance stories.
