While some people have been a bit suspicious of the sound software, I must say downloading it was not dodgy at all and the software is great as it allows you to customize your experience the way you want it. For a headset of this price I did not think I would get this much quality. A big surprise was the great customer service they have, I had an issue with the first headset that I ordered and immediately they responded and instead of telling me to do things that wouldnt actually fix it, they quickly send me another one the next day. Review: Amazing Quality and Comfortable - I bought this for work initially, due to working from home, but I think once I'm back in the office I'll be replacing my £100+ gaming headphones at home with these. The sound quality is amazing, and the microphone is clear and unintrusive. The controls on the wire are handy for volume and muting controls and the light up rainbow colours are just an added bonus that I love. I have had no problems with the USB installation and it worked straight away with my windows work laptop. I'm very impressed and will highly recommend this to anyone who wants good quality, low cost headsets.

This headset is really amazing for the price. I bought this for work initially, due to working from home, but I think once I'm back in the office I'll be replacing my £100+ gaming headphones at home with these. The sound quality is amazing, and the microphone is clear and unintrusive. The controls on the wire are handy for volume and muting controls and the light up rainbow colours are just an added bonus that I love. I have had no problems with the USB installation and it worked straight away with my windows work laptop. I'm very impressed and will highly recommend this to anyone who wants good quality, low cost headsets.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product which lasted 6 years

Bought these in 2019 and they gave up the ghost in 2025, so had 6 years of daily use from them. They are well made and were a great price (under £25). The sound quality was good and the microphone picked up my voice clearly. The volume control on the wire was easily accessible and very useful for adjusting the volume in and out and also for muting when needed. The connection wire could have been a little longer, but didn't really cause an issue. The headphones were very easy to sync and connect to the computer and I never had any issues. The headphones eventually broke apart in 2025 and the faux leather on the ear pieces started to disintegrate. However, for the price and the quality, I thought these were a great set of headphones.
