Updated 3/18/20 didn't do anything for me...Tried this product for 90 days, zero results, followed the instructions to a but didn't lose and LBS

110 days and gained 10 pounds. No thanks!
I took this product for 110 days straight as directed. I was also doing halfassed keto (no sugar, very low to no carbs) and actually gained 10 lbs. I won't buy it again. Good luck if you do.

i am a little overweight and want to lose bout 7-10 lbs. i have changed the way i eat. less carbs and no sugar. i have not really noticed any difference as of yet. i thought i would see a bigger change but not quite a month yet. hopefully will change

A pill that finally works
I’ve tried other keto pills and nothing happened. I decided to try these because of their high reviews. I’m so glad I did because I started losing weight again and I’m not hungry all the time.

This did improve my energy level!
I loved the fact that this product increased my energy level yet did not cause me to be jittery. I felt more focused and everything while taking these. I did not notice any weight loss, but I did not follow the diet, only took the pills.
