Exactly what I wanted...
These silver tags seem to be harder to find. These were just what I was looking for at a decent price for use in my retail store. Please note, you must use an ultra fine tip Sharpie to write on them; a regular ballpoint or gel pen will not do.

Tags are super small. It’s hard to see from the picture. They worked for what I needed but be warned if you want to write a lot on these you won’t be able to.
