- The Chanoine house exists since 1730 and imagined the Tsarine Champagne in honor of the Empress Anna Ivanovna who introduced the Champagne to his court at the time when the French culture was fashionable in Russian high society. The Tsarine Brut Champagne is a blend of 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Meunier and 33% Pinot Noir.
