Really good and informative information
Really good and informative information. I recommend this for all businesses that want to increase their income. This helps more than anything else. Like Mike says: you are wasting your money advertising if you are advertising a bad reputation! Everyone business owner should read this.

Has 15 redundant chapters about the "Importance" of obtaining online ...
Has 15 redundant chapters about the "Importance" of obtaining online customer reviews. The author goes so far as to write in one of the later chapters that he knows he's "beating a dead horse", you think? I gave it 2 stars because there's bits of actual knowledge worth knowing about the subject matter sprinkled about the 70+ pages of droning. Might be a decent read for someone that has no idea about online reviews in so that you'll learn why its important, but for most people I think it leaves them wanting more. Last caveat, the author gradually starts pumping his own Company and services for Reputation Management around Chapter 5 and is really pouring it on by Chapter 15. Which I don't have any issue with at all if the author offered more how to insight. Let's see how long it takes this to get buried in 5 star reviews :)
