Impressive!
The thing I like about this book and the recipes and guidelines is that its balanced. It gives you everything you need to know, but is also very practical and helps you figure out ways to implement the diet in your life. For example: the shopping lists and eating plans are pretty customizable and are mainly for example’s sake. Once you’ve understood the principles of DASH eating, you won’t really even need shopping lists because you’ll just know what to buy. The author does a good job of giving you all the information without overloading you or going way too in-depth. Perfect recipes!

Dash Diet for beginners such an excellent guidebook. I am glad to purchase this book. The author very resourceful information share in this book. All the recipes in this cookbook have to be appetizing judging from the ingredients listed. I tried this book recipes its give me a better result .It is a very resourceful book for an easy diet plan. Overall EXCELLENT!
DASH was initially developed specifically to deal with high blood pressure, which is sometimes called hypertension, but it turns out that multiple health issues like being overweight, developing diabetes. You will learn why the DASH diet was established and the theory behind it. And get more general benefits of the DASH diet, which we will explore in more detail. I want to prefer this guide for everyone. Overall EXCELLENT!

This book is not a trendy diet book but a simple, straight-forward plan to get you started on a lifetime of healthy eating..If you are serious about making dietary lifestyle changes in order to promote good health this a good read. Easy follow instructions. It gets straight to gist of lifestyle changes without all the fluff!

I really like about The Dash Diet for Beginners.I suggest you consider some of the other Dash Diet books Amazon offers along with this one.The DASH Diet was created for people looking to lower their blood pressure, ward off heart disease, and get healthy.Love that I have so many ideas in one book.
