Will NOT fit a 2003 VTX-1800 RS - Uncovered forks
Not in the description but these appear to be for "Covered" forks. I had purchased them and when I attempted to install, the clamps were too big even at the smallest setting. I just found and ordered today another set for "exposed" forks Model MEM8930 that SHOULD fit my VTX/RS bike. Other than that these look great and I can't wait to get ones that fit. The four stars are only due to the fact that Amazon said this will fit my bike (which is in the Amazon garage) but it doesn't. Also the description or the specs should be updated to state which forks these will work on: "covered" vs "uncovered" forks
