The worst purchase I've made from Amazon in 20 years of being a customer! Hopefully Amazon will reconsider and remove this item
Awuful purchase. It never worked, the instructions are in an asian language I can't understand and the unit never worked.This is the first time in over 20 years I've been purchasing from Amazon, that I regret to have purchased something from this store. I hope Amazon reconsiders and stops offering this product because it's seriously affecting their public image as a professional online store.

What's a night mare dealing with this company
I have had such a real night mare with this device. Nothing worked from my end I tried to install it by using a catalogue, the catalogue was in Japanese. No driver to install it not even a phone # to call the company. I tried to return it and what they wanted me to do is to send it to Japan.I have been dealing with this for almost a week and I am not done with trying to return it.

抜き差しするうちに、接続不良で読み込まなくなってきました。便利につかえてたのになあ・・・

動作不安定、実用不向き
２、３ｍぐらいは、まあまあ安定しているようであるが、それ以上だと大変に不安定で使い物にならない。「サンワサプライ」さんは申し訳ないが三流メーカー以下ですね、ほとんどの製品が。次からは何であっても、ここだけは利用したくありません。以前にも一部が欠けた「ＣＤケース」を買ったことがありました。印象が悪いです。辛口で申し訳ありませんが、率直な意見です。

実用性に欠けるカメラですね
値段のOFF率から少し不安を感じてはいたのですが全体の作り的な部分もそうですが、何よりもワイヤレスカメラとしての性能に全く満足できませんでしたサンワサプライさんを含めた日本の周辺機器メーカーがこういう半端な物を作る事がよく目につきますがそうなると、結局はこの手の周辺機器はLogicoolにしとこうみたいな感じになってしまうんですよねワイヤレスのWebカメラは多くの人が興味をもつであろう商品なだけにこの出来は本当に残念です
