Makes strong legs
These fins are a lot more stiff than my other ones. This makes for a better workout! They are tight-fitting, so they won't slip off. They do however take a bit longer to get on and off.

Firmer than I expected
I’ve used these a couple times now. They add a lot of resistance to the kick, and I can tell are strengthening me. They are not very flexible, though. I suppose that adds to the resistance.The fit is good, but I did notice some chaffing. That might go away with time.Finally, the firmness of the flipper can cause cramps in the foot.

Too hard and wide at the ends. Hurt my feet and kept smacking each other had to spread my legs when kicking.

You're supposed to be for swimming but I used them for snorkeling

Good fit
Really like the fins and they fit well. I have had compliments on how they look. I don’t swim any faster but at least I look great. 👍
