Perfect addition for projector systems or to tuck away your WiiU
I laid out a projection system in my garage and wanted to use my WiiU in there. I found my sensor bar was long enough but afraid someone may trip over the cable, knocking my system to the ground. I ordered the 50ft cable as I didn't be on the short end and have to return it. It came new in simple packaging, again its a cable so it doesn't have to be special. the cable is just as thing as the wii sensor bar is but connectors didn't flex when squeezed between the fingers. I tested the cable long before I routed it around the ceilings and walls of the room. i played some Wii sports and other games that require the sensor bar. it worked great without any delay or issues.Ensure you keep in mind which end go where. I ran the cable and then realized the connectors were on the wrong side. I had to pull the cable down and rerun it. The cable may seem fragile and may very well be if you are running it in tight spaces but i ran mine in an open space (garage) so I didn't worry about it. I have played a lot of hours on my wiiU using the cable and it has been flawless all this time. given the price and what i required of it, it works perfect.

A PRO A/V INSTALLER'S PERSPECTIVE
At 50ft, a lot can go wrong. As an installer of pro audio/video systems I've seen so many hardware and cable types fail over the years that I really didn't have any reason to believe this Wii sensor bar extender was going to work at 50+ feet out. I purchased this cable for a customer who's equipment we were in the process of relocating to an equipment rack located roughly 40 ft from the display device. Prior to snaking and fishing the cable we connected it up to see rather this cable was going to work or not. As we fired up the system the room went silent as we anxiously awaited the results. A few short moments later - it worked! We had one of our techs play with the Wii for 30 minutes to ensure it would remain consistently reliable and it absolutely did. It worked just as it did before without the extension. We didn't notice any response lag or the like. This Wii extender cable is perfect for anyone who needs a reliable sensor bar extension up to 50ft away (plus the length of the stock cable length). Excellent problem solver!

The cable paired up just fine with the sensor bar and Wii
Bought this for a customer who was putting the Wii in a media closet about 35ft or so away from where the tv was to be hung on the wall. We prewired this during new home construction and came back after to hang the tv's, install speakers and basically whole house audio. The cable paired up just fine with the sensor bar and Wii. No issues at all. Great for those looking to extend their sensor bar cable to a media closet. Quality cable, well made. My company and my customer thanks you.

Works great!
Works like a charm, does exactly what product specs says it will do. The cord on this is long enough for the biggest living rooms and works like a charm. Great buy for the price!

Great product that works
I bought this to connect my new wii U to overhead projector. The wire is very delicate but works as long as you are careful. If you are handy with electronics and wires, you might be able to slice your own extension with regular gauge wire. For those of you who don't want to mess around, this extension will do the job for you. Just be extra careful.

easy to use and long enough to put sensor bar where I really want it
I wanted to show WII screen on wall opposite the projector and Wii unit, it was a pain in the neck to set up the games over my shoulder. Now I just point and click as it is intended

A simple fix to placing my Wii U far from my television.
I have a flat screen television mounted against a wall. My A/V equipment is located in a corner of the room, neatly out of the way. I attempted to use a wireless Wii U sensor bar to play games on my Wii U; however, the first sensor bar stopped working after 20 minutes and the second sensor bar worked, but it ate batteries like crazy. This extension cable allowed me to connect to the Wii U located approximately 10 feet away from the television. The extra length allowed me to run the cable from the top of my television, into the wall, out of the wall, and neatly across the floor (beneath a cord cover) all the way to my A/V equipment. While this is still a wired solution, it is much more reliable than the two wireless solutions I attempted. In addition, the cable was about the same price as a Wii U sensor bar.
