label your items the right color. This is white not silver
I ordered this cause the color said silver the only thing silver is the handle and bowl. Not happy with the color at all does not match my kitchen.

Disappointed in Chicago
I ordered a Kevin Dundon Stand Mixer in preparation for my Easter baking. I did not unpack it until 2 days prior and then found out that the mixer did not stay latched onto the stand. In a crunch for a mixer, I went to the store to purchase a Kitchen Aid. My plan was to return the faulty mixer since it supposedly is covered my a one year warranty. I have made several attempts to contact the company, Kevin Dundon Home, both by email and phone. I never get an answer from either my contact form on the website or the messages I leave on the answering machine at their contact #. After using both mixers, Kitchen Aid is far superior in every way. Don't waste your money on this inferior product from a company that apparently offers no customer service.
