First I Loved the packaging, the easy to swallow capsules, and that it is all natural and that it is all done here in the US. I have been taking Trace Organics Pure Forskolin for about 4 weeks now and I couldn't be happier with where I am. Only used for about a 2 week period. After about a week experienced sudden urges with very loose bowel movements almost diarrhea, Don't buy unless you plan to spend lots of time in restroom or time away from home.

I have begun taking it. I am uncertain if the supplement is working or the glassful of water you take with it is suppressing my appetite. I've been taking this product for 2 weeks now, I have noticed a big curb in my appetite, I take it every morning with a large glass of water with lemon and have no desire to eat till noon. I like this product also because it has no after taste, no side effects and I do not feel nauseous after taking it. I will continue taking this product daily.

Just ok. I actually didn’t see the results with this product. I ordered this same suppliment made by another company and saw results immediately. I’ve re-ordered that one again.

Didn't really see much effect that it was having on me. Maybe if I were to use if for longer but I figured I'd see some difference after one bottle, but I didn't.
