The cushioned holders came slightly crushed but overall it wasn't an issue

It is an amazing hand gripper and durable. You can adjust the resistance which is very helpful if you are not sure about which resistance fits you.And you can monitor your progress by far!

Easy to use, comfortable to grip and the the different weight adjustments mean you can progress your grip strength.

Reliable
The product is sturdy and conforms accurately to its description. I have bought it not to strengthen my grip but to use it to undertake hand squeezing exercises that are reported to lower high blood pressure. It will take a few weeks or even months to determine whether these reports are true so I can't give an opinion on that aspect yet.
