Robust All-Metal Pen That Takes Pilot Refills!
I came here after purchasing and being super happy with this: https://www.amazon.com/Titanium-Tactical-Survival-Emergency-Personal/dp/B072Q8ZR5K/ref=pd_yo_rr_rp_2/132-4178864-5957423?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B072Q8ZR5K&pd_rd_r=6b571f2b-dc23-4949-8be5-bc792743e048&pd_rd_w=jOjBb&pd_rd_wg=3H8sS&pf_rd_p=678abfe6-f2b7-4c84-9fc7-ffb9083c4710&pf_rd_r=37N4CNZ0GA2CNF2YCKRK&psc=1&refRID=37N4CNZ0GA2CNF2YCKRKBetween the two, I think I would choose the smaller (and less expensive) version, but now I do love them both, so it really just depends what kind of body you are looking for. I love them because they are solid metal pens that take my favorite Pilot G2, V5, and V7 sized ink cartridges. I do have a Valtcan Titanium Bolt Pen that of course takes Parker refills but I have just never found a parker equivalent to Pilot ink. This is the Valtcan pen I have been waiting for. I will say, the taper between the grip and the tip is a little bit long on this pen, so I have to hold it a little bit higher above the point than seems natural (in my opinion the Valtcan, and the titaner pen linked above are better that way) but with some getting used to it stops being distracting. And the back end is a little heavier than it needs to be; I would prefer if all of these pens just forgot the window breaker and settled for being quality metal non-tactical pens, but they aren't over the top tactical looking so it's fine. Anyway, it is a great, robust, all metal pen that takes Pilot refills, and if that's what you're looking for, then you found it!

Returned it bc each time I set it on the desk the pen would close
