Turkish coffee is made from dried coffee fruit cores. After drying it is roasted and ground very fine. Although Ethiopia is the origin of coffee, in the Ottoman Empire period this product became one of the most important intangible heritage of the Turkish and their culture. The most important feature that separates Turkish Coffee from other coffee is grinding and the form of presentation. Kervansaray Turkish coffee contains the finest coffee beans and it's packaged in the best form of keeping the taste and safety alive.

YUCK
This coffee is nothing like what I expected. The Turkish coffee I'm used to is dark in color and bold in flavor, this is neither. the grounds are an amber color and almost resemble the color of ground nutmeg, that was my first concern that this wasn't going to be as expected but I carried on. There are really no instructions (what is there is poorly translated and difficult to follow) on the ratio of water to coffee grounds, so we googled it. At first pass we had what appeared to be dirty water so we added TRIPLE the coffee we already had in the pot and cooked that. It was still extremely weak in color and flavor, the grounds looked like wet red clay. All I can say is, very disappointed and YUCK. Going to return this,
