This “beard straightener” is more like a hot plate with tiny ridges. It does not do its job and burns the skin barely touching! It’s crap. Don’t waste your time, money, or hopes.

I received the product today and had a chance to use it before I went out today with my friends. I decided to put this straightener to use. I was really surprised by the results. My hair had never been this good. This straightener made it so smooth and straight that I had the perfect shape for my hair that I wanted. Also, I am still working on my beard with this and it makes my beard less fuzzy and keeps it in proper shape. 5/5 from my side

You can absolutely burn your face with this. Terrible for beards. I read reviews saying that you couldn't burn yourself, and had questions about the design, but went for it anyways. It's basically just a hot plate with tiny little ridges on it. When you press it against your face, your skin easily sinks into that and burns. If you're using it for your hair or an area with very little fatty tissue, its probably fine. Additionally, if you are trying to straighten your beard, its impractical because you have nothing to press the straightener against once you pass your jaw line. I tried using everything in the book from a comb (obviously melts) to a variety of other hard surfaces and it's just so difficult, so time consuming, and impractical. You'd honestly be better off using your girl's Chi.

My husband purchased to help keep his beard under control but it didn't really do anything for him. It does however work great for flattening my flyaways.

I was sold on the reviews here and after receiving the product, I was disappointed. Clearly, a lot of reviews here are artificially inflated.The product is decent. It heats up and somewhat straightens your hair. It is okay for a beard. There are definitely better comb/brush straighteners out there but for the price, this is okay.

I got this as a Christmas present. I’ve been wanting one for a while and was excited. I’ve tried using it several times. The back seems to heat up more than the front, it does not do anymore than my comb or brush does. I don’t see any difference at all. Very disappointed.

Barely heats doesn’t straight the beard at all . Doesn’t work .Left it on for like 15 minutes so it can heat up and still it doesn’t get warm enough to straight the beard .

For some reason I can't upload my images. However, the product is very light weight. Easy to carry if you needed to take it in a trip. My favorite part, is you can use it for any area of hair, not only your beard.
