This is very soft clay but it does not stick to your hands. When it dries it feels like foam not hard like other air dry clays like Crayola's. Also since it dries soft/foamy it will not break if dropped. Loved that it had so many different colors but maybe adding extra of the essential colors like white and black will help keep my kids creating.

This is so much fun! All ages like this clay! When you first take it out of the bag it might be a little sticky, but just squish it in your hand a couple of times and it’s gone. If it starts to dry a little too much just lightly wet your fingers with water and squish add more water if needed.I think you can bake it but I never do I just let it air dry.It sticks to itself very well and doesn’t fall apart.It is so light weight and soft that it’s good for people with arthritis.It is a stress reliever even if you just squeeze it.With all the colors and and the plastic additions it can keep young and old busy for quite a while.You could split it up and make goodie bags it’s a great gift for kids and very inexpensive.I will definitely buy again!

My daughter needed some clay. She wanted clay that would air dry. I jumped on here to find some real quick and found this. Most bang for my buck I think. You get about 2oz or so of clay of several different colors. The clay is not clay. When I played with clay as a kid, it was heavy, sticky and gross and usually 3 colors. This clay feels like a cloud. It's soft, and lightweight and sticks together when it dries really well. She's made tons of crap already - and It's all super cute. She even made tons of little balls and let them dry.. so she could use them in her slingshot to shoot her brother. Beans are too hard. I'll be buying more of this clay I'm sure. Maybe a few more times to get several colors and more volume to play with. I might buy some for me for when I have some anxiety. I'm telling you, it is so dang soft....

The only thing I didn't like is that there are some colors that are repeated, but then some colors that I think are missing. It really just depends on if you are using this for children to play with or for anything more serious where the colors would matter. Also, I didn't find that the clay was 100% free of cracks after drying although it was better than another brand that I used. For people who are not familiar with this type of air dry clay, it is moist when you remove it so you have to work it a little bit with your hands to let it dry, but do not have any type of oils on your hands or it will break down the material. I follow different books that give ideas for things to sculpt and using styrofoam as a filler will help you save clay if you are making larger objects. The tools provided are nice, but the examples are too complex.

This clay is perfect for keeping kids busy. The packages of clay are small, but there are so many vibrant colors. The clay is not like traditional clay. It is very spongy feeling and isn’t as smooth. But for small kids it is good enough if you aren’t trying to win and molding awards.

My son and I are obsessed with this clay! It's so soft and lightweight but goes a long way! Each color is individually wrapped and it comes with a little booklet showing you how to make a few characters. The colors also mix very well. Will buy again whenever this runs out which wont be for a while! Well worth the money!

Perfect for homeschooling, or anyone that wants clay that's bright colored , not messy, easy to use and air dry.

Great clay, but many of the packs were dry on arrival and could not be used.

We have ordered this item before and we loved it, this is why we ordered again. Unfortunately this time the clay was not soft at all it felt like it was drying out in the original packaging making it very hard or even impossible with some colours to make anything. Very disappointed.

Package was very nice just as shown, Colours are vibrate and clay is very soft and workable for kids of all ages to have fun and doesn’t leave a mess behind like play dough does! My daughters absolutely love this product and would definitely recommend.

it's some rubbery compound. it will take around 3hs to dry up, and it's very rubbery and soft. it's not clay at all.you can reuse if you seal it. meaning, you can play with it like play doh, and then put it on a plastic bag, seal it, and use it next day... doesn't sound like air dry clay to me.pics to illustrate. if you pay attention to the pics on the box, once you receive it, you can see that is rubbery and i was not able to fusion the colors. and i did everything in under 20min. so it wasn't "dry"if you are looking for clay, this is NOT. you get more instructions on an IKEA manual, that on the one provided here...

It’s was ok a bit small but I wasn’t happy that’s there was one 1 red pack. 1 red pack woudlNever be close to enough it’s like the most popular colour my boys all wanted to build things with red in it there was only enough to make 1 thing ( red Kuffing-Pokémon) but it’s cool we like how it feels and how easy it is to make things with it but they should add more of each colour.Update: we had a lot of fun making pikachu later on during the day the clay is soft and easy to work with. I recommend and recommend them to add one more baggy of red clay 😂

Excellent selections of colours! Good quality, and hours of fun. It comes with small ziplock bags to put the opened clay into, a pleasant surprise! Box stores clay well and is a great place to store it.
