Helpful in dealing with complaint
I was expecting nice vibrant colours like the ones in the picture, but instead I received brown, grey, bronze and 2 shades of pink. These balloons were bought for a child’s party so most of these colours will be absolutely no use to me so was a complete waste of money!*edited*After complaining about the colour selection I was contacted by the company and they were very nice, they apologised and offered to send out a new selection of colours and they were much nicer

Disappointed with the colours
Good quality but bad colour section for my son’s party. Majority brown, 3 types of pink, white, 2 green. Brown wasn’t even on the image of possible colours.
