True to its claims. I have bought the Ramkon CD holder car mount for my personal car, which I have now had for over 2 years and my phone has NEVER fallen off of the mount. NOT ONCE. I was so impressed I decided to give the air vent holder a try - I bought two of these, both for relatives who actively use their CD drives for music, so I figured this was the best alternative. One relative has the iPhone 6, the other has the iPhone 6 Plus and I was skeptical of how it might do with such a large and heavy phone like the 6 plus - both of my family members absolutely LOVE the mounts. Their phones have never fallen off the mount while driving, AND the mount itself has never lost grip and fallen out of where its been secured on the Air Vent. FINALLY A CAR MOUNT THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!! As a side note, for my mom who has the iPhone 6 plus phone, its best for you to attach the sticker magnet to outside of the phone casing. I think that has made a big difference in such a heavy phone not falling off, especially since she also has the otterbox case over it.

I was concerned about how this would fit in my car (2011 BMW 328i) but it fits ok. It works well. When I put it on the AC vent I can still see my navigation screen but it does cover two of the AC buttons. That's ok by me but just and FYI for anyone else with the same car. I keep the larger magnet sandwiched between my phone and it's case. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed my phone's screen changes brightness on it's own ever since I started using this product. I've read other reviews saying the magnet doesn't affect their phones but I'm not so sure if that's the case for me. I may just stop using this for a while and see if that makes a difference. If so, I'll update the review.

These things are awesome! I bought a handful of them for small presents - every person uses it and love it! Magnet is very strong, but not so much that you can't pull your phone off with ease. The clips are harder rubber, so they attach well with no worry of snap/breaking like hard plastic would. I will continue to buy these as gifts - would 100% recommend to every friend to throw out the stupid suction cup mounts, or vent mounts with a cradle that the phone sits in that always needs adjustment.

DID NOT provide a good hold for my Note 4 with a Spigen Case. Although it usually holds my Note 4 properly, sometimes my phone drops especially in cold weather, which is completely unaccaptable for such a product!!! Avoid this brand (Ramkon), seller and the product...Note: If the seller contacts me on this issue, I will edit my comment and let you know what has been done to corect this problem.

Really like this product. Had to experiment a bit to find the right vent in my Forester (the one next to driver's window worked best) so that angle and view of phone was good; the center vents were too low and made the phone angle down. The sticky part that goes on phone is just a metal piece (not a magnet itself) and adheres well to the magnet that attaches to vent. iPhone 5 for the record.

Didnt like it, worked great at first but eventually the clamps lost their grip on the vents which caused me to pull the entire unit out when grabbing my phone. This was not after a few months of using the item but in a few weeks. Now that it doesnt work for the car, its used as a phone stand. Not worth the money.

Pretty sweet mount. Holds well in place and takes up very little space, does not look like a robot arm holding the phone. Will work with pretty much any electronic device. The only issue I have is more with my phone than the mount. The Samsung S4 has a magnet detector on the lower part of the phone that puts it in standby when the magnet is over it. Pretty easy to avoid but a bit annoying.

Got it for my husband and he loves it. It holds very well in the vent and the phone is secure. Have not taken it four-wheeling or anything, but in normal driving and potholes it has not fallen off. It is inconspicuous and not big and bulky like many other phone holders. Coule not be more simple or effective. Great product.

I love it , it's small, versatile and tough, the phone never fall out of it.

The colour pictured on the ad is rose gold but is actually hot pink. I would have ordered from someone else if I knew that ahead of time.

the arm doesnt close correctly. it couldnt hold the phone well. eventually i sold it ...
