Dish rack is so much more sturdy than I had expected, as I first open the box. It's not a lot of work to put together, but still more then I was anticipating I suppose (there's nuts and bolts you have to add to each corner piece on all three levels), but it does add to the units sturdiness too though.First, it's not built for western sized bowls, you're not fitting 30 of our big bowls on this unit, but I was able to get about 8 on each. You're also not getting a ton of utensils in the plastic holder either, maybe a full family set at a time. The cutting board and knife holder work very well though and the unit was able to support a very heavy AllClad pan and a pot on top with no thought of the unit falling apart. The plastic trays are a bit meh and could be. A little bigger, so it doesn't feel like they are going to fall down at the slightest touch, but overall, this is a pretty good dish rack and am thus far very satisfied with it.

This is a cool addition to our kitchen.Pros:-> Is light weight but sturdy-> Assembly time - approx 12-15 minutes-> Is highly useful to store frequntly used kitchen items easily accessible-> 3 tier, space saver-> comes with plastic trays to catch any water dripping from the washed dishes/ utensils-> easy to clean 3 plastic trays-> has side pockets for hanging few lightweight items, to store spoons etcCons:-> Assembly instructions were not in english-> good for storing smaller dishes on the upper rack (than storing bigger dishes)

Everything is great about this product and the assembly is also pretty easy , please take a look at the photo attached, I wish the instructions came in English, I have no other complaints about this product so far.

Product works fine, but the instructions are a bit confusing. There are 4 different product assembly instructions on the single piece of paper, and instructions are in Chinese. Luckily, photos are provided and assembly is relatively straightforward. One thing that might not be immediately clear- screw the nut on the tray before attaching the side piece; this is used to sandwich the side piece with the nut cap.

Should have been a little wider but overall it did meet my expectation and thank you!!

Drying dishes. Didn’t work very well. It was a little flimsy.

I’ve been using this for a while now, and I’m afraid to say that I’ll be replacing it soon. I was lured by the fact that it has three tiers, but the bottom one is so short that there’s very little you can actually get on there. The wires that the plates slot into on the top layer are flimsy and the whole thing isn’t very sturdy. We’ve nearly had accidents on a number of occasions now with the plates from a 5 person family dinner almost collapsing to the floor! It’s becoming a pain, I would advise avoiding.

I am sorry to admit, but this is my first ever negative review on Amazon, as an otherwise frequent Amazon customer.About this product in short:-Effective dish rack made of terrible quality.In all honesty, as a dish rack it does its job. However, the dish rack I received was made so poorly that even the holes in the metal frame, in which you fix the trays, were not properly aligned. One hole was not even punctured, as in not at all, and I had to spend quite a while puncturing and widening the holes myself to allow for fixing the trays.For a really cheap china product purchased through Alibaba that is what you would expect, but this dish rack is actually not cheap.I am strongly against 1 star review as I believe it is often an angry violation against the company rather than an honest review.I would give the final product 5 of 5 for fulfilling its purpose but due to the very frustrating quality It pulls it down to 2-3 stars. I leave it at 3.

Pésimo escurreplatos. El diseño es muy malo e inseguro, los trastes se caen con facilidad del tercer piso, perdí dos platos porque se caían con facilidad. Tiempo de entrega de casi un mes, empaque golpeado, faltó un tornillo para ensamblar. Muy mamá calidad por el precio. Se oxidó a la semana. Literalmente lo tiré a la basura.
