Cheap and easy to install
Needed a new door knob for my bedroom that had a key and lock. My dog knows how to open doors!!! Needed something I could lock and to keep him out my room while I am gone. Cheap and easy to install. Did what I needed and expected!!

A good quality product.
The lead-in asks "What did you use this product for?" It's a doorknob. I used it to open and close a door. That aside, I had to make some adjustments in replacing the old fixture, but in the end it worked well, and I am quite satisfied with it. I would recommend it for anyone with a little mechanical/carpentering skill. If you have neither, I recommend buying it and hiring someone to install it.

Absolute Piece of JUNK!
I purchased this lever in Oct. 2019 and it broke just before the 30 day return window. I returned it for a replacement end of Nov. 2019. That one has now broken. The knob won't turn, which is the same issue the first one had. I am sitting here trying to figure out how to OPEN MY DOOR because this piece of garbage has broken. This is maddening. Thank goodness I'm inside my house and not stuck out in the garage with no way to get in other than breaking down the door. Totally unacceptable quality - major ripoff!!!! This was a replacement for one that lasted me TEN YEARS. Your product doesn't even last a few months.

Easy installation
Very inexpensive solution for replacing all my gold knobs in new house! The only reason why I went with 4 stars is that not one of the strike plates worked for me (I bought 6 passage and 5 privacy... not one strike plate worked) so I just spray painted the old ones to match

Serves its purpose and looks good doing it.
Looks great, easy to lock and unlock. I just have an issue with how smoothly (or not I should say) the door closes now. Besides that. Works great!

Not keyed alike
I am disappointed that every lever is keyed differently. I purchased 4 and assumed they would all be keyed the same since they were ordered together.On the plus side quality seems decent and they were easy to install.

pésimo producto
al segundo día que las instalaron, empezaron a fallar, hoy tuvieron que destruirla para abrir la puerta, porque se quedo atorada, no las recomiendo, lucen muy bonitas, son fáciles de instalar, pero su funcionamiento deja mucho que desear, es un total peligro quedarse encerrados porque no funciona nada bien
