Years ago, I purchased this product ( may have been a different manufacturer).......and I felt I would never do without it again. I loved them. The ones I received......and immediately returned.......were certainly not of the same quality. They would not even close. I'm sorry, I normally do not return negative feedback. Guess I was excited to get new ones, and then was so disappointed when they arrived.Thank you!

This is cheaply made and therefor a piece of junk. The feet and spring that make the top pop back up, fell off the first time I attempted to use it. It also does not cut the wax paper as stated in the description. I have one made by another company and it has always worked perfectly. This on is going back!

These dispensers are a fantastic gift idea. I give them for bridal shower gifts all the time, and they are a HIT!

I've purchased many things online over the years, and this product has got the worst instructions of almost any item i've ever purchased. My complaint is that there is a removable bar that attaches on the inside of the unit.. there is NO instructions on which way this bar is attached.. in fact, there is NO mention of this bar in the instructions at all! The instructions are printed on the box and are not separate.. There is no picture of the assembled unit showing this piece either... so i'm not sure if i installed it correctly or not. I did watch a video of it in use, which caused me to purchase it in the first place. I have plastic cling wrap installed.. the video showed the user pulling out the plastic with ease... that couldn't be further from the truth in real life... so far, i'm very disappointed in my purchase.. however, it does seem to cut it well, as long as you give it a good smack... again, unlike the demonstration in the video... makes this consumer distrust the marketing people and their tactics even more.. grrrrrr

Wish it had a lock to hold top tight when storing.

Initially i dint understand how to use it as there were no clear instructions but once I did it seems so handy and useful. Simply loved it
