Heated part only covers a portion of the neck, but works well
I wish the heated portion of the pillow extended all the way to the shoulders. It only heats a very small portion of the neck. The pillow is extremely soft. The color is different than the picture. It is darker putrid color. I'm happy with the purchase.

Too big
This neck pillow was too big for my neck and actually caused more pain by trying to use it. Its bulky and doesn't contour to your neck at all. Plus it is so ugly. Even brighter orange in person.

Very soft & comfortable but not super hot only warm
This portable neck warmer is very soft & comfortable. Unfortunately this wasn't exactly what I needed but I do recommend this product but it doesn't get super hot, just warm.
