I have a 13-year-old Pitti, who has hyper-extension in rear legs and muscle wasting. I needed something to help him get up our stairs for night time and down for a lot of bathroom breaks (on Lasix). I needed something that was a quick on and off wrap...this is it! He is 70 pounds and fits his girth very well, super soft and doesn't smash his wiener. He actually likes it as it takes the pressure off his spine. I bought the size L and it is perfect. He only needs this for stair use as he still gets around on his own. Great quality and the handles are adjustable, which I am 5'3" and it is easy for me to hold no problem. Great purchase and I am completely satisfied!!! I received what was pictured.

I purchased the medium size for my hundred pound German Shepard. She stands 23 inches at her shoulders and this size works well. I have the adjustable handles at the shortest position. This allows me to stand upright during use and not strain my back. It is used to get her up and walking and position her around the house. Works great to load her into her wheel-chair. To get it on her, I just slide it under her hips as she is lying down. The soft side slides easily on her long coat. Then as she is encouraged to stand I gently pull her up to a standing position and we are off and running.

My pom weights 12 pounds. He is having issues with balance and walking. I needed something for the days he can't walk at all. In order for him to go pee, I have to pull the sling all the way up to his front legs, and he barley has room to go potty. The first time he soiled the sling (washes up well). So the next time I rolled it a little - gave him and inch more and it worked out well but if you don't hold it just right, he leans to far then falls out of the sling.The design would be better if there were two holes for his front legs, that way the sling would stay in place and wouldn't keep slipping back.But for sure this sling helps when going #2. When his front legs aren't working, it helps to pull him along so his back legs are working, we walk a little bit and he goes.

Got this sling to help my dog up and down steps after she tore her 2nd ACL. Tried a couple others along with the voopet sling but all the others bunched up under her stomach due to her barrelled chest. The voopet kept its shape and the sherpa lining is soft and padded for comfort. My dog doesn't seem to mind and it's been a huge help for us and our dog walker. Definitely recommend it.

Using the medium size for my 28 lb Beagle. He has arthritis in his back and is also losing function of his back legs due to spinal cord likely dying towards the end of his spine. He is still in good spirits but needs a little help here and there and this helps very much. It doesn't seem to cause him any discomfort and the straps are adjustable so we can both walk comfortably. I highly recommend. I have not washed it yet to review how it washes.

This support sling is perfect for our Corgi, who is losing the use of her rear legs. It allows us to assist her over thresholds and up and down stairs and allows her to use her rear legs as much as possible to retain muscle tone for as long as possible.The sling is easy to adjust, comfortable to the dog and handler and its washable... Just toss it in the washer and dry on "Gentle".I highly recommend this support sling

I purchased this because I needed a sling for my dog and this had good reviews. I was borrowing a sling from the vet while I waited for this item to arrive so I had something to compare it to.It is VERY POOR QUALITY!Yes there’s a soft lining, but there is absolutely zero padding. It’s paper thin and uncomfortable when trying to use on my dog because it just bunches up underneath him.Similar slings that cost a little more are a far better investment. They have the soft lining but also padding, which is more comfy for the dog but also helps prevent it bunching up.The handles that are provided to wrap around the loops are also poor quality and don’t have any padding so essentially the same feel as not using them.And finally, I purchased two and they were not shaped the same. It’s like they ran out of fabric or something and literally cut corners - one of the corners was weirdly shaped.I would not recommend as this is something used for your pet to help keep him or her comfortable and this just won’t do it.I will say I was using this on a 60lb dog. Maybe the poor quality is less of an issue for a smaller dog. If you have a bigger one though I strongly suggest looking at something with better quality materials.

This came in so handy just yesterday when my very large 12 year old male St. Bernard who suffers from hip dysplasia, stumbled and fell and panicked and with the help of this device and 2 adult males, we were able to get him to relax enough and get back up the 3 stairs from our yard. I used the device again to take him out for his bedtime duty as he still was struggling a little; but about 4 hours later, he had relaxed and calmed down enough, that he was able to get up on his own. I carried the device with me just in case he stumbled again. I can't say enough about this product and how handy it was to have it on hand. Thank you. I should add, we will not be going down those stairs again but out to our front yard for his duties. Those stairs are proving to be to much for him this late in the game.

Very poor design... Got a 15 year old lab with one hind leg weaker now. Not at all useful when taking him up & particularly down the stairs in home.. price?? 3000+.. Absolutely exorbitant.. had to get a different one costing just 1000+ which serves the purpose far better.. don't even think of buying even if sold at 1000 rupees
