Tourmaline Ceramic Flat Iron, Pink, 1"

Shipping was fast and the product does straighten hair so I don't give a 1. However, the representations about the product ARE NOT TRUE. The company says that this product is better than other hair straighteners. The reality is that this works just like the other two straighteners that I already have which cost much less.I do not mind paying for value. I had decided to invest the $129 for a better straightener. Unfortunately, it simply does not perform any better than the $50 or the $70 straightener that I already have.I either have a defective product or the representations are not accurate.Be careful - The company will not accept a refund as it is "used." I have no idea how you are to determine if something works without using it.So I am stuck with this. As I said, it does work, but it's not worth the extra money at all.I have also since found out that I could have bought this at my local mall for a cheaper price. I don't plan to buy another but thought I would pass that information along.

This straightener is excellent. Tourmaline does straighten a lot better than ceramic flat irons. I bought mine from the mall however and if you buy two, they usually give you a better deal. So my roommate and I both got one. My hair stays straighter longer with wetline and it straightens faster. I have stubborn mixed hair and it smooths out very well. The only reason why I didnt give it a 5 is because I have tried one other professional straightener that was simply amazing although i can't remember the brand. But if you use chi or any other cermaic straightener, this one will definitely be a step up!
