Alive! Women's 50+ Ultra Multivitamin

Great service. Part of my diet for many years. The pill is bigger than a cherry pit and smaller than an apricot pit. It does come in other forms. I feel it is effective.

I love these vitamins. I'm 65+ and they give me all the the supplements I need daily. I've been taking Alive 55+ for over three years. They do give me energy. Also I've noticed since I've been taking them my nails are growing faster, my digestive system is better probably because of the flax blend in them, They definitely support my immune system. I haven't had a cold in the last two years. They support my eyes as well as my ❤. I can tell when I don't take one it seems like my energy level is down. There is no taste to them unless u let them dissolve n ur mouth of which I've never done. Most vitamins you have to take more than one a day. With these you take one a day preferably with a meal. Don't be alarmed if ur urine is yellow that's from the vitamins. I can swallow them easily but for some who may have a problem swallowing them because the tablets are big u may want to cut it in half or mix it n with ur food. Also they do come in a veggie gel capsules which may be easier for u to swallow. After u get them in ur system u will truly feel a difference in your body.

First off, the only reason I have given them 4 stars is due to the size of the pill. It's big like most vitamins and I have problems swallowing due to a narrowed esophagus. They do go down easy though and I have never choked on them like I have with other vitamins. I would much rather take two smaller vitamins or have them in gummy form (which I would be a lifetime buyer for and rate them 10 stars if I could). I waited to write my review until I could see how the vitamins performed for me and have been taking them for a month now. I haven't noticed this vitamin curbing my appetite like others have but I am a pre-diabetic who hungers/eats constantly so this may be the reason for that. But, I have noticed a slight improvement in memory which I'm sure is the result of the ginkgo and that was one of the main reasons I bought this vitamin. I have also noticed a spring in my step and boost in my energy and I know this is the result of these vitamins because I didn't have it before. One other thing I have noticed is that my hair and nails seem to grow faster and my skin is not as dry as it used to be. The price just can't be beat. These vitamins rival some of the higher end/cost vitamins that I have taken from vitamin superstores and I prefer these. Other than the size, I have nothing negative to say about this vitamin. Again, Amazon comes to my rescue and sells something that's hard to find! Thanks Amazon! You just can't find them in my area in drug stores, supermarkets or other stores in the women's 50+ Ultra Potency pill.

my OBGYN was selling a very expensive Vitamin K she said was important for aging women. That sent me to look for a women's multi-vitamin that has vitamin K in it and I found it in this vitamin. This women's multivitamin as far as I have found has the highest amount fit K in it. And I do really like it. Compare the amount of each vitamin it has versus others. Its better imo

I've taken this Natures Way Alive over 50 Plus Ultra for over ten years. When I could not find it locally I bought a similar item from "O" vitamin company and used that for a few weeks. Unfortunately that "O" product failed me in several ways. First off the "O" product did not change my water from clear to yellow like the Natures Way always did. Second I started getting 'unhappy'. I'm 77 years old and without a lot of B+ vitamins i gets sad. So for me, (everyone's biology is unique) the "O" similar Vitamin totally failed to be any good. I'm discarding about 80 of the 100 from the "O" remaining. it is that useless for me. Going back to the Natures Way Wome's Alive 50 plus really restored my well being. I never thought such a difference could exist. But It can and did for me. For others it may not be as significant. My true experience. 100%
