BEWARE! Typos and inaccuracies abound!
This book is probably one of the most poorly put together thing I've seen...someone must have been in a terrible hurry to throw this together and get it published. And the publishers obviously didn't have editors! Typos everywhere, inaccurate nutritional counts and missing or wrong ingredients in the list. If you are new to KETO, please don't rely on this information! If you are a seasoned KETO eater, be warned! Example: Page 37, Creamy Onion Chicken lists the carbs as 55! If it's that high it does not belong in this book!! I threw the ingredients in an nutrition calculator and came up with less than half that. Most of the Chapter 9 "Dessert Recipes" are more like savory appetizers, I don't usually have wings or jalapeño poppers for dessert! The recipe on page 101 of Fried Pineapple Bites doesn't even lists pineapple in the ingredients - it says raw bananas! I could go on but you get the idea. There are some useful recipes in here, I bought it because I am new to air frying and needed some keto friendly options to pop in the air fryer. I found a few I am going to try but I am not trusting any of the nutrition info listed! I can't believe it got all the good ratings it has. All in all, thumbs down!

Picture-less recipe book
It didn’t have any pictures at all... hard to imagine what the recipes look like. It also includes pineapples and bananas and things like that which you can’t do on keto.. probably will be returning this. The cover literally has pictures of fries and chips all over it. Not well executed

Trash, not worth it
These recipes are not keto. Breadcrumbs. Milk. Pineapple. Orange juice. Canola oil. The back recipe is for chicken and sage scallops but includes ZERO scallops... typos all over the place. One recipe is for a bacon and shrimp wrap, they're bacon wrapped shrimp. For dessert you have the lovely option of jalapeno peppers, buffalo cauliflower bites, fishy calamari bites or fried pineapple which includes bananas instead of pineapple for some odd reason which are also NOT keto! However the entire recipe steps are for a pineapple. Ans it seems like she couldnt open the thesouras up to find more than 3 descriptive words for the whole book. Not even worth sending back for my money to be returned

Very helpfully...
From this book you will learn about the most useful tips for meal prep,the benefits of meal prep and easy mistakes to avoid,a massive list of popular keto prep recipes that taste great and won't keep you in the kitchen for hours and much more.I hope you must find this book useful. This book included the number of servings for the recipes and it seems to be the only book that had been edited before printing. This book is a most welcome addition to my 'air-frying' fun, and my family's prepared foods. I was so pleasantly surprised to find the nutritional analysis for every recipe, as this is important to me.

Save your money!!
The recipes, ingredients, carbo and calorie counts were not accurate. The English was terrible. There were no pictures. I could have done a better job. Quick way to take advantage of a current trend. The cover was very deceiving showing food that wasn’t even in the book. Very disappointed. I will be returning the book.

More than 5 ingredients
Book is ok. Recipes seem fine. A little confused how it’s a 5 ingredient cookbook when the majority of recipes require more than 5 ingredients. Still looking ....

Keto Air Fryer for Beginners just wow!
There is a misconception that if you want to walk the healthy path, you have to give up fried and delicious foods! I like this food. Just amazing food.

Keto fiction--BEWARE
A lot of typos and inaccuracies. The ingredients are very misleading and I wouldn't trust it. Instructions mention breadcrumbs but not listed in ingredients. Breadcrumbs?? NOT Keto friendly last I checked!! I would like to return but just had the chance to read this after having for a few months. It was cheap enough. Now I know why!!
