Very good customer service. The instructions are limited and should really be more detailed. Other than the assembly, this unit performed flawlessly. I shot over a hundred clays the first time out and it never skipped a beat, never broke a clay and cycled all of the clays down thru the last lone clay. I was very impressed and surprised it did so well as some had reported trouble with the final clays in the stack. The unit arrived on time and in good condition with all the parts needed. The unit was pre adjusted and functioned like a champ. I am especially impressed with the stout construction of this unit, nothing flimsy about the materials or finish, it should last for many seasons. The compact size fits easily in the back of my cab covered bed of my Tundra by removing the clay stacker unit. The stacker rods are easily removed and replaced for transportation. I compared all of the current offerings out there and this one was the best value.
