CTRL Imperial Wakeboard Bindings Mens

We are new to wakeboarding and I spent a great deal of time researching to find the best bindings for the money to fit our new Ronix Vault board. We received the bindings on schedule. I pulled one out of the box and tried it on to find that the size seems accurate, which is important so that they will fit both me and both of my oldest sons’ feet between size 10 and 12. The reason for the 1 star rating is because I realized when I went to attach the bindings to the board that the left boot is missing the micro adjustment plates (see photos). As you can see, both plates are missing, which leads me to believe that this was likely a manufacturing defect. We searched the packaging, but the plates are simply missing. I would like to exchange them but the only option is to return them for a refund. I like the boots but I don’t know if I should play the odds and order the same ones again to replace these defective ones. Highly disappointed that I now have to go through the effort to ship back and either wait for the refund to hit my account or she’ll out an additional $130 to make sure we have them when the water warms up.

Hello we inherited a CWB absolute wakeboard but had no boots we found these on the Amazon but I was worried that the Boots didn’t come with mounting screws and some boards have different sizes. Turns out they do come with Phillips screws in the claw clamps to hold them onto a board. they are not thumbscrews but at this price point it’s to be expected. They work perfectly on the CWB board which I believe but I’m not 100% positive utilize size M6.Boots shipped timely and are as advertised they are a basic beginner boot and are fine for a half day or day of wake boarding. For the price I believe them to be a great value now we’ll see how long they actually hold up for

Very comfortable and a very good price! Hopefully they last as they feel a little cheaply made. The reason for only four stars is because the padding is not attached and can come out and be lost which happened. The company worked with me for a replacement though. This design should be changed!

The boots are great. The one disappointment is that when my grandson took the board on a trip with a friends family, they lost the insert for one of the boots. My daughter in law tried to contact the company to get a replacement and didn’t get a response. I don’t think that is good customer service!!

great bindings, but i messed up and didnt verify the hardware was the correct length so the clamps came undone, was totally my fault, contacted DJ's and they got me the replacements very quick, again it wasnt their fault at all, excellent customer service by them. thanks again to the nice lady i dealt with
