Q: Would this brush work well on upholstered outdoor furniture to pick up tree and dust particles that settle on it?

Possibly. Just be aware that it is lightweight and fluffy, not stiff. The handle extension makes it great for dusting table legs, tall furniture, and ceiling fan blades! I also use it for swiping over my walls (to remove spiderwebs), baseboards, and door trim, etc. I love the ease of use, how lightweight the handle is and the way the microfiber doesn't just scatter the dust. I purchased one for each of my daughters after purchasing mine.
