Two things: My hair is not feeling thicker. It has a nice feel to it, not dry like usual. But it doesn't really feel like it has more volume. Also, the bottle is VERY hard to squeeze to get the shampoo out! I have a hard enough time with bottles, due to arthritis in my hands. But this bottle's plastic is very hard and almost impossible for me to squeeze out the shampoo. Hope your company will work on that!

I had a tragic event about 15 years ago a salon burned the top of my head with chemical and my once thick hair on top became thin. In any event, it did grow back but not the same again. I have been using the same shampoo for literally 7 years now a smooth and shine shampoo from Rusk. My hair was not cooperating using it and looked dry and very unmanageable. My daughter had purchased the set of the Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo and conditioner. She told me to try it. Let me tell you!!!!! My hair Looks like it did when I was in my 40's thick full manageable; it has body shine; soft I can't say enough about it. I am so pleased and happy so I purchased the Biotin thickening shampoo. They are both phenomenal. I interchange every few days. I do love the Biotin shampoo. and another plus is I don't need to blow out my hair as much as I needed to do before it is easier to blow dry and style. Not as much heat has to be used. I am thankful to my daughter for introducing this shampoo to me after years of trying to change the shampoo I was using all of these years with no success. I've been using this shampoo for about two weeks and have noticed a difference already. My hair feels thicker in my hands while rinsing it out. I have my hair dyed black and can easily see that my part, which is a center part, is not as wide, leaving less scalp showing. The bottle seems a little small, however it doesn't take much to lather up so it should last as long as other shampoos in bigger bottles that do not thicken your hair. For what it does, It's worth it.

My hair has grown and thickened since I used! Have to order again! Actually I love it!

I have very fine/thin hair and have been looking for a shampoo to help it look fuller. My hair is definitely fuller. The shampoo and conditioner smell nice and my hair feels great after a shower. My hair does look pretty great and I do believe it’s an improvement. I think it’s a great product and will continue to use it.
