Q: Would this fit a 5' 3" 90 lb woman? My lady is very tiny framed and regular aprons are too large

I would guess yes. My daughter fits an extra small up to medium sometimes in women’s wear. This apron fits her well and it is great too.

Yes I think so. It is heavy enough to allow markers or paint.

Q: Will this fit a 10 year old?

Yes, depending on how big they are. I bought this for my 4-year-old and it is very big, so we fold it over at the waist. It's GREAT quality. He loves it and the hat. It 's just like a mini version of what we see some sous chefs use in restaurants and like a version of what we see some of the test kitchen cooks using on the Bon Appetit channels.
