Got this nice piece of wood from an estate sale for $2 and after kicking around for a year, I broke down and bought these legs for $70 or so. I wanted the table higher than lower, but the higher you go the wider the mounting plate. So, I cut a couple inches off each side of the plates and it worked fine even with a total of 4 fewer screws. When I completed it, my wife took it from me. And so it goes.

Let’s look great and are sturdy, but two of the adjustable mats that screw into the bottom of the legs were damaged and unable to be used. Hoping the seller sees this and responds because I don’t want to return the legs.Update: downgrading my review to 4 star as I have never received any replacement mats.

Bought these for two end stands I wound up building. They haven't been finished fully and there are beads of metal remaining on the legs which were powder coated over and not ground down. I wish they had larger holes for attaching with lags vs 8 screw holes (with a few being hard to reach with a drill). All in all they are decent for projects you're not planning on selling.

Overall, I'm satisfied (3.5 stars) however I wish the paint were consistent. You can see large areas where the black paint looks different on the same face when viewed at varying angles. You don't expect to repaint these for the price.Packaging is also subpar. The legs were just wrapped in small bubble wrap and tossed in a box. They were wrapped well, but there are several chips in the paint. Not sure if that is from manufacturing or shipping. Would have preferred if they were packed in styrofoam or egg carton.The tubing seems pretty thin given the weight. The areas around several of the foot mounts are slightly dented inwards. Also the product pictures show tabs for mounting the legs to the table; the legs I received do NOT have tabs but instead have holes drilled through the rectangular tubing. Given how thin this tubing is, tightening the screws sufficiently will probably deform the tubing.As others have mentioned, the provided screws are really thin compared to normal #8/#9 wood screws. Use those at your own risk.

There are a couple of places in the finish that are rough from welds and a few other spots that are chipped. I would have returned them but I was able to cover up the chipping and use them for my project. I ordered two sets and I haven't unboxed the second set. Depending on their finish, I will or will not order these again. I will update this review at that time.

Starting off. This isn't exactly what was pictured in the description.The legs themselves feel pretty stable, however, the mounting tabs don't exist. Instead, there are holes in the frame itself. While this does make for a cleaner appearance, the holes aren't reinforced so it can be difficult to line up with predrilled holes and tightening can deform the metal.The holes are also round which isn't great if you have a solid top and want to allow for some movement.The provided screws are bad. Most of the screws were bent and relatively thin. They're also countersunk style, but the metal isn't made for it. There are no washers provided either.I replaced the screws with #8 hex screws and threaded inserts. I also enlarged the holes and elongated them. I used washers and was able to torque it down without deforming the metal.Overall its fine. Its very stable and feels sturdy. Fit and finish seems ok as well. Time will tell if it can take some bumps from the chairs.I think if you're going in knowing that you will have to make some modifications, its probably a good deal.

These legs were installed for a custom desk made with a 4'x2' Acacia Butcher Block from a hardware store. Overall, these are great legs, and they really lend themselves well to a modern desk if you want to move on from particle board and pre-builts.We installed the screws after drilling pilot holes with a 1/16" bit. Upping to a 3/32 might have been a better choice in retrospect. All screws were hand-tightened using either a screwdriver or ratchet with attachment.There are 2 issues: the screws are low quality (one broke during installation) and one screw on each side is VERY difficult to install. Pictures are attached to demonstrate how one screw broke off entirely at the first thread while being screwed in. Recommendation: buy your own screws. The difficult screw hole is positioned directly beneath the slanted part of one end on each side. Get creative with getting that screw installed!Overall, the legs look great. A little horizontal wobble, but no fears of the desk collapsing.

Installed these into resin and hardwood coffee table. Easy assembly UNTIL the black wood screws instantly snapped (three times broke off; then used USA made deck screws). So nice, but come on—give me quality screws. Luckily was able to use vice grips, no table damage

Bought these as the base for a sewing table. I bought planks for the desk top and screwed them together and wanted really stable legs as i previously had some from ikea that were not stable enough for sewing. Highly recommend

Good product, but as usual it’s overpriced for what it is. Should be closer to half the price it’s listed as.
