Q: Hello, Chrip software dose not work with it, can you tell me what kind of software is good for the programming?

Try the latest CHIRP release. I just got this radio today and it worked fine with a Windows 10 laptop. CHIRP has the Tenway driver for UV-5R PRO. and I was also able to use the Baofeng uv-5r and uv-5x drivers.

Q: Can I use this as a two way radio for pleasure? I do not have a Ham operator's license.

Unfortunately you can't. The frequencies that the radio uses are set for the Amateur Radio bands. You have to have a license to use them. Licenses are regulated and acquired from the Federal Gov't. (after passing tests). If you did have a Ham license, as did your friend, then you could communicate with each other with this radio.

Q: Does this work with the baofang program cable

I did not use my Baofangs cable because this radio come with a cable.

Q: Can I talk to another or multiple uv-5r?

Yes, you can talk to other radios using simplex (antenna to antenna) and even use repeaters. BUT BE ADVISED, these are ham radios and you need to be licensed through FCC in order to transmit ("talk") using these devices. These are not "walkie-talkies". They are fantastic radios (I have eight at last count), but I am also an active amateur radio operator ("ham"). Fantastic price point for field work. They work well and don't break the bank if damaged, etc.
