It's not smelly like others have said. This is my first time purchasing. Fragrance is delicate pineapple scent. Nothing fake or overwhelming that I can tell. I definitely must have gotten a good batch, if what others have experienced is correct. I noticed that I don't feel so bloated when taking this immediately after a meal. Been taking this about 10 days. Will purchase again.

Have not experienced any obvious stomach upset
Have been using this with Nattokinase and Turmeric to help relieve spike protein symptoms. I have not experienced any obvious stomach problems using this product. I just hope it's doing what it needs to to get this protein out of my body. I gave it four stars because who the heck knows if the stuff is really working.

Pain reliever
A couple years ago I was having some knee pain and getting ready to have a CT scan. A friend of mine told me to try this bromelain and I Googled it and there's a study done in Maryland that says taking 2,000 mg a day is really great for inflammation. By day four I didn't need the CT scan anymore, my knee was fine. It's been a couple years and my knee hasn't acted up so I'm not telling anybody to ignore medical advice I just didn't feel I needed it anymore since I could bend it again. I always keep this on hand for running injuries, walking injuries, surgeries and it helps with digestion a bit too. All around it's a pretty great supplement and if you want to know more about it Google it and find the article from the University of Maryland It's a very interesting.
