This dollhouse was delivered way before the estimate and in time for Christmas and the shipping was free!! This dollhouse was $99 and it is sturdy if you put it together correctly and it comes with furniture. Be sure to look at the measurements because this dollhouse is large so you need to make sure you have a good spot to use it. I put it together myself and it took me about 1 1/2 hours and was pretty easy. I suggest that you keep the box with the picture of the assembled dollhouse next to you while you are putting it together to help make sure you put it together correctly. Most of the panels/pieces had numbers on them but a few did not so the picture helped. Pay attention to the shapes of the pieces and the patterns on each side, you can tell which pieces are the outside of the house and the inside so it does help to pay attention it the directions are a bit confusing. There are some screws that are pink on top and some that are silver but the directions didn't call that out. I used the pink ones in areas where I wanted them to blend with the "wallpaper" inside the dollhouse. This is a really sturdy and nice dollhouse and costs way less than the others I saw. I think you will really like this one if you get it!

We got this dollhouse for my three year old for Christmas. She LOVES IT!! She has played with it for a couple of hours every day since. Overall it was well worth the price that we paid for it. My husband and I put it together it took us about an hour I'd say. It seems very sturdy. The only reason why I am giving this dollhouse four stars instead of five is because, when we screwd the roof on even when we didn't screw the screws all the way in the wood cracked a little. We took the roof back off wrapped the holes in clear tape and put it back on. Also we had to put some WD40 on the elevator because it was really hard to push down. Other than that it is a great little house and worth the price, so much better than the cheapy plastic ones.

I opened this dollhouse on Christmas Eve to assemble it for my 4 year old daughter. She wanted only a doll house -- this one to be exact -- and three pieces (1, 15, 16) are missing making it impossible to assemble and the furniture is all scratched up. You can imagine my dismay. I had to go out to Target and Toys R Us and buy another doll house on Christmas Eve. My daughter wanted this dollhouse. I was able to find a smaller Kid Kraft house, but hopefully she will get the one she picked out eventually. One piece missing is a fluke and maybe I could let that slide, but damaged furniture and three major panels missing, come on. I will never order form this seller again. The house is great! Don't order form VM innovations.UPDATE: VM Innovations did refund my money. They first offered me a $20 credit. I had to call and send several emails right after Christmas. They sent me a shipping label while I was out of the country and then emailed me every day to change my feedback. Yes, it did work out, but it was not smooth or easy as a return for a defective product should be.

Good and sturdy doll house. Took me 2.5 hours to put together by myself but comes with clear detailed instructions. My only complaints are that one of the background pieces had fingerprints all over it and the background picture itself was damaged more than slightly in the corner. Tacky, but not enough for me to fuss about the day before Christmas. Also one of the pieces didn't have the pre- drilled holes in it required for assembly.

This was my 6 year old's FAVORITE present this Christmas. I had considered buying a competitor's house, however once this house was put together on Christmas Eve, I would have not chosen anything else. The house was a great price for what came with it and I felt it was a great value! The construction is was easy, the house is sturdy, and there is a lot of space for dolls. The wood is painted nicely and I loved that it came with furniture. The elevator needs a little work because it is hard to make it move up and down smoothly, but my husband that was an easy fix. The house was larger than I expected, which is great! There is also an additional roof patio. This will be around for a long time!

Came when it said it would. Nice doll house. A lot of pieces but easily put together. My 6 year old loved it. She made sure to tell me how I was the best dad ever a few times throughout the day. Sturdy house kids will love.

Ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She opened it Christmas day to find several of the pieces were coming apart. Corners were bent. We had to glue pieces back together before we could assemble it. I would have returned it, but it would have ruined her Christmas. Would not recommend or buy anything from Kidkraft again.

Nice doll house but there's a lot to put together and the elevator is VERY stiff. We can't get it to move up and down without feeling like we may break it.
