TramontinaPROLine Steak Knives - Set of 24 Pc - Commercial Grade

This is the real deal. I was a little skeptical since the photo did not show "Tramontina made in Brazil" on the blade. However, the wording is engraved on the side not shown in the photo. I wanted this particular knife because we have a set of 12 that we have been using for years that are beginning to wear and become a little dull. This is the sharpest steak knife I have ever used. It is much better than heavier more expensive knives. They never need sharpening and last for years with daily use. Unless my house burns, I will never need to buy more steak knives.

These knives are great! I personally use them as steak knifes and also use them to cut vegetables. They are relatively cheap, yet they seem to be the best steak knives ever. My previous set of knives lasted me 15+ years. Hopefully this set does just as good. I'm sure it will. Just an FYI the blades are very sharp so just be careful. I immediately noticed the difference from the old set to the new set. Very satisfied.If anyone is wondering the knife blades do have Tramontina engraved on them and they are from Brazil. Brazil is also engraved on the blades.

I was given 2 of these knives years ago (still sharp as ever) and realized I should have more. Since my current steak knives were getting dull from several years of heavy use I decided to try and find these wonderful knives. They may not look fancy but if you try them you will find yourself using them for many things. I gave 2 of them to 2 different friends and they are as impressed with them as I am. Great price for this quality product.

wow are these things sharp ! i love them but they are so darn sharp its rather terrifying washing the dishes ! you know if you just bump one good enough, you'll be bleeding in a bit. what more can you ask for in a knife ? the only thing sharper than these in my household are the little white razors located in my puppy's mouth !!

Everyone should have a set of these! They cut steak better than any steak knife I have ever had and can be used for just about any kitchen task and cut better than my expensive knives. My husband is heavy handed and didn't realize how sharp they were. He actually cut through thick paper plate. These are some seriously great knives!

Sharpness of the knifes is great. Only issue is with the grip of the knife which is made up off plastic and is not in par with the wooden handles.

Great value, knives are sharp, double as standard butter knifes, and was highly recommended after a continued 8+ years of service in a friends house.

I'm so very sad that these are not the same quality as my old ones. I had my old Tramontina steak knifes for over 25 years and never had a touch of rust on them. I've only had these new ones for about a month and they already have rust spots on them. I was so excited when I got my new knifes that I threw away my old ones to make room. Really wish I didn't do that. I gave one star because I really love these knifes but will have to already throw some out because of the rust.
